Hello!

My name is Rodan and I spend a lot of time with media.

Over many years, my personal system for organizing and valuing that time has grown into something interesting that I like a lot, and that informs a lot of how I spend my time, and so I thought it would be fun to share.
(More in a “get to know me” kind of way than “here is polished output for a mass audience”)

The goals of the system are to:

• be fun
• help me experience cool things
• help me be better at helping other people experience cool things

And I think it’s been successful!

How it works

Logs and notes

The first element of the system is my version of goodreads or letterboxd, etc.:

I log everything in here when I’m finished with it.

Everything I log, I write review notes for (eventually).

You can click on an item in the database to find the notes.

The review notes are my rough thoughts on the things — completely unpolished.
